These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ok37 platform, including all games, betting markets, deposit and withdrawal services, and promotional offers available to players in Bangladesh.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ok37 ("ok37", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ok37 website at ok37.ws and all services provided through it. By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the ok37 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
ok37 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the ok37 website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are written in English; where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version governs in the event of any conflict.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on ok37 and to use any of its services, including casino games, sports betting, crash games, and all associated deposit, withdrawal and bonus features. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ok37 may request documentary proof of age at any stage — including before processing a withdrawal or activating a bonus. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be suspended and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

If you access ok37 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you do so entirely at your own risk and ok37 accepts no liability in that regard.
By registering an account, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any other person, that you are not a professional player registered under any sports governing body's integrity policies, and that you are not an employee, director, officer, or associate of ok37 or any of its affiliated entities or technology providers in a role that gives you access to non-public information about the platform's operations.
2. Account Registration and Management
Each player may hold only one active account on ok37. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where ok37 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, pending balances frozen, and any winnings or bonuses derived from gameplay across duplicate accounts may be voided. ok37 uses a combination of device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and mobile number verification to detect duplicate registrations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ok37 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ok37 support immediately. ok37 reserves the right to suspend an account pending security review where unusual activity is detected.
You may request the closure of your ok37 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing times. ok37 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice where there is evidence of fraud, collusion, chargebacks, violation of these Terms, or any other conduct that ok37 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform or to other players.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ok37 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ok37 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency conversion is required. ok37 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposit must be registered in the name of the account holder.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay are credited to the player's ok37 wallet balance within seconds of the transfer being confirmed by the payment provider. ok37 does not charge a deposit fee, though your mobile banking provider may apply standard transaction fees on their end. ok37 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's mobile banking provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may be displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the account's most recent deposit. ok37 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to identity verification requirements. ok37 may request KYC documentation before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold. Players must ensure their withdrawal account details are accurate — ok37 cannot be held responsible for funds transferred to an incorrect account number provided by the player.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ok37 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant account balances after this period, up to the amount of the remaining balance (i.e., the balance will not go below zero). ok37 will notify the account holder via the registered mobile number before applying any inactivity fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
ok37 offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms take precedence with respect to that bonus.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed the registration process and meet the specific conditions stated in each offer. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. ok37 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
All bonuses and associated free spins have an expiry date, stated in the specific offer terms. Unused bonus funds and free spins that have not been activated or used before the expiry date will be removed from the player's account automatically. ok37 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original offer terms. Players are responsible for tracking their own bonus expiry dates via the account dashboard.
5. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct
ok37 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the account dashboard after login. Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek further assistance from our support team or dedicated responsible gaming resources.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ok37 platform: (a) use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games; (b) collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets; (c) exploiting software errors, glitches or malfunctions — any winnings derived from a technical error are not valid and will be voided; (d) using the platform for any money laundering activity; (e) providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point; (f) making chargebacks or reversing payment transactions after gameplay. ok37 reserves the right to take legal action where prohibited conduct causes financial harm to the platform.
Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion by contacting ok37 customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. ok37 will take reasonable steps to ensure that marketing communications are not sent to self-excluded players. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period has elapsed, except in the case of permanent exclusion, which requires a 7-day cooling-off period and written confirmation of intent to return.
6. Intellectual Property, Liability, and Amendments
All content on the ok37 platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the property of ok37 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the ok37 platform without express written permission from ok37.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok37 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from scheduled or unscheduled platform downtime, network failures, or force majeure events. ok37's total liability to you for any direct claim shall not exceed the balance held in your ok37 account at the time the claim arose.
ok37 may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, ok37 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via their registered mobile number or email address. Your continued use of the ok37 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming platform governance. In the event of a dispute between you and ok37 regarding any aspect of these Terms or your use of the platform, you should contact ok37 customer support in the first instance. ok37 will endeavour to resolve disputes through its internal complaints procedure within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, the parties may seek resolution through appropriate alternative dispute resolution channels.
